Manhole covers

Since I was young, I have been fascinated by all the amazing manhole covers found around the world. I remember that as a child, I always searched for new and exciting manhole covers when my family was on vacation or similar outings. As the years went by and with the advent of digital cameras (and later mobile phones), I have never missed a chance to document a new manhole cover that I had never seen before.

Today

Have you experienced the same thing or perhaps been struck by the creativity that goes into these manhole covers? 🙂 In any case, I am trying to collect the exciting pictures I have taken from around the world, and if you want to help add more, you are more than welcome to do so. 🙂
